On behalf of the NAA Board of Directors and its Officers, the finance team is reaching out to inform you of an important update regarding the payment platform for our website. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience, streamline processes and be cost efficient, we will be transitioning from the current platform to Zeffy as our primary payment platform.

This change will bring about several improvements in terms of efficiency, security, and user-friendliness. However, it also necessitates some action on your part.

To facilitate this transition, we have provided dedicated links on our website that will guide you through the process of setting up your payments on Zeffy. Simply visit the link that matches the level you wish to contribute to access the Zeffy payment setup page. For instance, if you have set up installment payments to continue supporting athletics via the “Battle Tested” campaign, you will just navigate to the link that provides the level you are donating. (For Example: $100 to $1,000 or $2,000 and above). Please note at checkout you will be given the option to give an additional donation. You DO NOT HAVE to make any additional donations to check out. Simply choose OTHER in this space and enter 0 in the amount box to proceed.

We understand that change can sometimes be inconvenient, but we believe that this transition will ultimately result in a smoother and more secure payment experience for all of our alumni.
